We back up all websites once a day. So we have backups for every day, going back up to 3 months.
However, these backups are not accessible to customers and
are not intended for routine restores at the customer's request. They serve mainly for us, in case a server or disk array fails and we have to restore data.
If a customer requests a restore from a backup, the restore is chargeable.
