WP-Cron

WordPress's built-in scheduler. Tasks are triggered when someone visits the website, so on little-visited websites they can be delayed, and on heavily visited ones they needlessly load the server. Good practice is to turn WP-Cron off and replace it with regular calls through the system Cron.
