Keyword density and keyword stuffing

Density is the share of occurrences of a key phrase in the whole text. A reasonable value is roughly up to 2 to 3%. Keyword stuffing is the excessive repetition of a phrase just for the search engine, which hurts readability and may be penalized by search engines. Write primarily for people.
